My First (and hopefully last) Emergency

Imagine being 19 years old, hundreds of miles from home, when your aircraft starts losing one system after another. First the radios. Then the avionics. Then the lights. Suddenly, you're alone in the cockpit with no way to communicate and a city of unfamiliar airspace ahead of you. This is the story of my first real emergency, the decisions that got us safely back on the ground, and what the experience taught me.
